On February 11, 2007 the Social Services Ministry (i.e., SAD-C) conducted a Voters' Education seminar to all BECs of the Kiangan Mission Station. All BECs were represented.
This training was also attended by Anda Cumahing, SAD-C minister on the provincial level, and Lyna, SAD-C Vicariate staff.
The seminar which aimed to train leaders in giving voters' education, campaigning for peaceful, honest, and free elections, and recruiting volunteers for monitoring was facilitated by Sr. Nory Santiago, FdCC using the modules of the Simbahang Lingkod ng Bayan.
Earlier, Ricardo Wangag of BEC Hucab was elected as chairperson of SAD-C Mission (municipal) level.
